Your standards, design rules and past drawings already hold your company's know-how. We turn them into traceable rules, and our AI tools use those rules to turn customer inputs into correct drawings and BOMs. Your engineers approve every sheet, and the files open in the CAD tools you already use.
Each order is a little different, so manufacturers, consultants and contractors redraw their own designs over and over. The rules that make a drawing correct live in senior engineers' heads and in old files. CAD skills are scarce, and every customer change starts the cycle again.
Sizing tables sit in standards PDFs, layout habits in old drawings, and spec deviations in a few senior engineers' heads. No single place holds them all.
One customer comment can mean redrawing several sheets and recounting the BOM by hand.
Diagrams, layouts and BOMs are edited separately and stop agreeing with each other.
Engineers who know the design wait for drafters who know the software.
At the core is a knowledge engine that holds what your company knows as rules, each traced to its source. Everything else, from drawing generators to editors and CAD add-ins, is a way of putting those rules to work.
Your company's own rules: standard sheets, sizing tables, preferred makes, drawing conventions. You approve them, and they stay in your own instance.
Public standards for each industry: IEC, BS and local authority rules. We build and maintain this layer once and every customer uses it.
Tools your team uses: a drawing generator for each industry, our own editor, and add-ins for the CAD tools you already have.
AI reads your past drawings, standard sheets and specifications and proposes rules, each linked to the drawing or clause it came from.
A rule can't be used until someone at your company approves it. Values that no approved rule covers are raised as questions, never guessed.
Generators apply the rules to each order and keep every sheet and the BOM in step. Your engineer reviews, adjusts and issues the drawings.
VoltCAD is our first product, built for LV switchboard manufacturers. The engineer edits the single line diagram, which is the master data. VoltCAD then regenerates the GA, layout of components and BOM from the manufacturer's own column library and busbar tables. When the customer sends comments, the engineer changes the SLD once and every sheet updates.
A sample main switchboard. Change a feeder the way a consultant comment would, then issue the revision. The GA, BOM and revision record update together.

AI proposes. The engineer decides.
AI can suggest layout and drafting choices. Ratings and sizes come only from rules you have approved, and a missing value is raised as a question, never guessed. Your engineer approves every drawing before it is issued and carries the professional responsibility, just as with CAD today.
We begin with LV switchgear manufacturing in the GCC and India. The same capture, approve and generate method carries over to other manufacturing and construction work that repeats drawings for each order.
VoltCAD: switchboards, distribution boards and MCCs, from the SLD to the GA and BOM.
Control panels and other electrical assemblies built to order.
Shop drawings and cut lists from design intent and company standards.
Coordinated drawing sets for consultants and contractors.
Design teams that redraw the same kinds of product for every order and live through the comment rounds.
Engineers who issue diagrams and specifications and want submittals that match them on the first round.
Teams coordinating many assemblies per project who need consistent drawing sets and change records.
We capture your standards for one product line, run a recent order through the tool, comment rounds included, and you see your own drawing set regenerated. Pilots can run on your premises.
